**Returns**  
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

**Refunds**  
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

**Non-Returnable Items**  
Due to hygiene and health standards, opened or used sleep supplements (gummies) cannot be returned.

**Return Shipping**  
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
